1. Program Access & Eligibility
-
This program is available globally but is conducted almost exclusively in English. Participants must be fluent in English to engage fully.
-
Participants must be at least 18 years old to join.
-
Live sessions are only taking place if enough participants signed up.
-
A minimum of four live sessions will be offered each month by the facilitator. Most sessions will take place during daytime hours within European time zones.
-
In exceptional circumstances (such as facilitator illness or emergencies), the facilitator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a live session.
-
If you already have an existing personal, professional, or therapeutic relationship with the facilitator, you are asked to check in with the facilitator before signing up to discuss whether participating in this program is appropriate. This helps ensure clarity and mutual agreement regarding any potential dual relationships.
2. Subscription Model & Payment
-
The program operates on a monthly subscription basis.
-
Payments are processed only through the methods displayed at checkout.
-
Refunds are not available for this program (see Section 10 for the full Refund & Cancellation Policy).
-
Participants may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
-
Access to program materials and sessions is limited to the duration of an active subscription. Once the subscription ends, access is revoked.
-
The facilitator reserves the right to modify, adapt, or discontinue any part of the program content or structure at any time. Participants will be informed of significant changes where relevant.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
-
All content provided within the program, including but not limited to materials, exercises, discussions, and live sessions, is the intellectual property of the facilitator(s).
-
While some of the modalities used in the program may draw inspiration from externally existing modalities, this program is an independent offering and is not affiliated with or certified by any other programs, modalities or institutions.
-
Participants agree not to:
-
Record, share, or distribute any sessions or materials.
-
Use program content for commercial purposes.
-
Reproduce any content without prior written consent from the facilitator(s).
-
-
Program access is personal and non-transferable. Participants may not share their login details or grant access to program materials or live sessions to any third party. If this policy is not upheld, access may be discontinued without refund.
4. Code of Conduct & Violations
To ensure a respectful and supportive learning environment, participants agree to the following:
-
No harassment of any kind, including but not limited to discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks.
-
No promotion of personal services or products within the program.
-
No spamming in the chat or disrupting discussions.
If these agreements are not upheld, access to the program may be discontinued without refund. These agreements are in place to support a space of mutual respect and care.
5. Privacy, Confidentiality & Group Agreements
-
Sessions are not recorded. Live sessions are intended to be a private, real-time experience.
-
Participants agree not to share personal stories, experiences, or details of other participants outside the space. Breaching confidentiality will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct.
This program is built on trust and mutual respect, and maintaining confidentiality is a shared responsibility.
6. Legal Disclaimers & Liability Release
-
This program is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. The facilitator(s) are not acting as therapists or healthcare providers.
-
Participants are invited to take responsibility for their participation and any emotional or psychological experiences that arise.
-
The facilitator(s) are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the program.
-
If participants are in crisis, they seek support from a licensed professional or crisis service outside this program.
-
There are no guarantees of specific personal, emotional, or professional outcomes from participating in this program.
-
If the facilitator determines that something is beyond what can be held in this space, participants may be encouraged to seek support elsewhere.
-
Participants are responsible for managing their own emotional well-being and are encouraged to take breaks or step back from participation as needed. The facilitator(s) support self-regulation but cannot monitor or guarantee the emotional safety of each individual during live sessions.
This program is offered with the intention of providing a supportive and enriching experience within these boundaries.
7. Technical & Data Privacy
-
This program does not collect personal data beyond what is required for registration (name, email, and payment details).
-
By registering, participants agree to receive program-related communications.
-
Participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection, necessary technical setup and an environment that is not interrupted by third parties to engage in live sessions. The facilitator(s) are not responsible for any technical difficulties participants may experience.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
-
This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
-
If a dispute arises, participants agree to contact the facilitator(s) via email first to attempt a resolution before pursuing any legal action.
9. Accessibility Needs
-
If participants have specific accessibility needs, they are asked to reach out before signing up to discuss whether the program can adequately support them. While the facilitator(s) will do their best to provide an inclusive experience, some accommodations may not be possible.
10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
-
Refunds are not available for this program.
-
Participants may cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. If an exception is made and a refund is granted, the refunded amount will be the payment minus any processing fees incurred through the payment platform.
11. Force Majeure
-
Neither the facilitator(s) nor participants shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemics, power outages, or widespread internet disruptions.
12. Feedback & Program Evaluation
-
Participants may be invited to provide feedback on their experience in the program. Participation in feedback activities is voluntary, and any responses shared publicly will be anonymised.
By signing up for the program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
