Fields of Resonance - Terms and Conditions

1. Program Access & Eligibility

This program is available globally but is conducted exclusively in English. Participants must be fluent in English to engage fully.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to join.

Live sessions require a minimum of three participants. If fewer than three participants are present, the session will be canceled.
2. Subscription Model & Payment

The program operates on a monthly subscription basis.

Payments are processed only through the methods displayed at checkout.
-
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. However, participants may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

Access to program materials and sessions is limited to the duration of an active subscription. Once the subscription ends, access is revoked.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content provided within the program, including but not limited to materials, exercises, discussions, and live sessions, is intellectual property of the facilitator(s).

While some of the modalities used in the program may stem from Somatic Experiencing®️, this program is an independent offering and is not affiliated with or certified by the Somatic Experiencing®️ Trauma Institute.

Participants are strictly prohibited from:

Recording, sharing, or distributing any sessions or materials.
-
Using program content for commercial purposes.
-
Reproducing any content without prior written consent from the facilitator(s).

4. Code of Conduct & Violations
To ensure a respectful and safe learning environment, participants agree to the following:

No harassment of any kind, including but not limited to discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks.

No promotion of personal services or products within the program.
-
No spamming in the chat or disrupting discussions.
-
Violating any of these rules may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund. Participants granted free access may also have their access revoked at the facilitator’s discretion.
5. Session Privacy & Confidentiality

Sessions are not recorded. Live sessions are intended to be a private, real-time experience.

Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of discussions and not disclose personal stories or experiences shared by others outside the program.
6. Legal Disclaimers & Liability Release

This program is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. The facilitator(s) are not acting as therapists or healthcare providers.

Participants assume full responsibility for their participation and any emotional or psychological experiences that arise.

The facilitator(s) are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the program.

If participants are in crisis, they should seek support from a licensed professional or crisis service outside this program.
-
There are no guarantees of specific personal, emotional, or professional outcomes from participating in this program.

If the facilitator determines that something is beyond what can be held in this space, participants may be encouraged to seek support elsewhere.
7. Technical & Data Privacy

This program does not collect personal data beyond what is required for registration (name, email, and payment details).

By registering, participants agree to receive program-related communications.

Participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and necessary technical setup to engage in live sessions. The facilitator(s) are not responsible for any technical difficulties participants may experience.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.

If a dispute arises, participants agree to contact the facilitator(s) via email first to attempt a resolution before pursuing any legal action.
9. Confidentiality & Group Agreements

Participants agree not to share personal stories or details of other participants outside the space.

This program is designed for mutual respect, and breaching confidentiality will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct.
10. Accessibility Needs

If participants have any specific accessibility needs, they must reach out before signing up to discuss whether the program can adequately support them. While the facilitator(s) will do their best to provide an inclusive experience, some accommodations may not be possible.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not available for this program.

Participants may cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
