Collective Body Building (CBB)
why + what
CBB is a series of group sessions that help regulate our nervous systems in the face of collective stress
how
sessions include
-separate cohort sessions (e.g. men/women only)
-access to the video library (subscribers only)
-online sessions that provide somatic orientation across time + space
for whom
CBB is not therapeutic work.
participants are invited to share what moves them while remaining mindful of others and open to adjusting to the shared space when prompted
